At Ammiyam, we take great care in preparing and packing our traditional food products to ensure quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction.

As our products are food items, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered. However, we understand that issues may occasionally occur, and we are happy to assist you in such cases.


Returns

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons:

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Taste preferences or personal dislikes
  • Orders returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer

Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following situations:

✅ Product received in damaged condition
✅ Wrong product delivered
✅ Missing items in the order
✅ Product quality issue reported immediately after delivery


Reporting an Issue

If you face any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number
  • Photos or videos of the product/package
  • Brief explanation of the issue

After verification, our team will process a replacement or refund accordingly.


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
